Body mass is mainly based on the height and gender of a person. Monitoring the body mass is so significant that having super less or too much of it can harm your health for sure. Watch what you eat and make sure to eat healthy by including fruits and vegetables in your food intake. Do not forget that drinking at least 10 to 12 glasses of water a day is very helpful too for proper digestion and hydration. You need to burn at least 300-500 calories every day if you want to stay fit and healthy.
It has been thought that the body mass of people working on a graveyard shift is easy to decline and or increase. This is because of the unusual sleeping routine. The tendency is you only eat instant food and drink too much coffee to avoid falling asleep while at work. Most of the individual in this line of work is not any more concern on how much should I weigh though others still exert an effort to maintain as healthy as possible.

Make sure that the food you eat is healthy, drink the desirable amount of water in a day, do some exercise or walking will do, avoid instant food, and nonetheless, desire a positive result.
